Project presented by Ryan Grass (City Arch), Peggy Brown, and Andrew Kalnitsky (NRP Group).  Presented details on the landscaping, lighting plan, stormwater management, and new internal firewall.

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Did you consider replicating the window treatment required for the firewall on the other bays to keep the glazing consistent?
  • Masonry has been reduced from initial submission to save cost due to the newly required firewall.
  • Will be revisting the existing sign on Euclid Ave to make it more visible with a smaller directional sign for phase 1 and 2. Call attention to the sign with brighter landscaping and possibly removing a tree.
  • Will install a fence and call box to secure parking areas.
  • What style of window?  Single hung, vinyl white, efficiency windows.
